Egyptians Pharaohs wore the Aurais, which conveyed royalty in the form of a winged serpent.
Ancient Egyptian noun “srf” is depicted with wings, and associated with warmth and heat. Seraphim is a type of serpentine creature with wings, and feet, meaning fiery ones. What serpent has feet besides dragons?
Isaiah 6:2
“Seraphim stood above Him, each having six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew.”
Are the religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam been worshipping a dragon all this time? It depends on reinterpretation of the scriptures. That said, there are two distinct “God” in the scriptures.
One is Yahweh and the other is El. While the two have been used interchangeably, scholars have noted that in the Old Testament, in all instances, El is the Most Supreme, where Yahweh is one of the gods of El’s counsel.
Deut 32:8
When the El the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, when He separated the sons of man, He set the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of divine beings. 9
For Yahweh’s portion is His people; Jacob is the allotment of His inheritance.
Psalm 82:1
El takes His stand in the congregation of God;
He judges in the midst of Gods.

Ascribe to Yahweh glory and strength.
Pslam 89:6,7
6 For who in the heavens among the sons of El is comparable to Yahweh? Who among the sons of the mighty El is like Yahweh, 7 A God greatly dreaded in the council of the holy Gods. Ascribe to Yahweh the glory of His name; Worship Yahweh in the splendor of holiness.
